33 Seconds

(2016)

The prerequisities of this typographic information design poster provided restrictions on the typeface, typesize, type weight, and a mandatory but justified fold in the final poster.
The poster was to reflect 33 seconds worth of information garnered from a video recording of a reception door that opened and closed while a man and woman crossed each other within its enclosed space.

The fold on the paper represents the doors, whilst the type on the poster reflects on the white noise, incomprehesible conversations, laughter and movement in the background of the video. The type within the folded area traces the movement of the 2 individuals.
